Product Manager – Aftermarket Planning 1 – Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years automotive industry experience, preferably aftermarket. Bilingual, English and Spanish, is desired. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications and AS400. Responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for business growth through new product development, part number expansion and new markets and channels. Driving department assigned projects to completion, focusing on market competitiveness and company profitability. Establishing sources using research data and guide team to build and maintain databases containing critical information on products and competitors. Monitoring and directing Product Management staff to maintain project schedules, launching timelines and producing desired deliverables. Monitoring against objectives and coordinating efforts to achieve market-competitive pricing and company profit goals. Developing catalogs, electronic cataloging data, inventory planning, packaging, technical inserts, price sheets, collateral materials and advertising, including annual sales planning activities. Investigating development and improvement methods to secure new customers and grow business with existing ones. Providing sales training and data support as necessary. Negotiating supplier agreement terms and conditions. Maintaining regular contact with suppliers to ensure good cooperation and good relationships. Performing special projects and various miscellaneous activities as directed.

Product Specialist – Aftermarket Planning 3 - Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years Product/Project Management experience. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications, with expert level Excel and Powerpoint. Strong analytical and math skills required. Responsibilities will include supporting key projects, such as Light Duty Starter & Alternator Expansion and Commercial AC & Refrigeration projects (Bus AC, Transport Refrigeration and new product development initiatives). Conducting research and evaluating market requirements for product, pricing, delivery, competitor brands, etc. Using research data from established sources, recommending pricing, coverage, and other key product and market requirements. Preparing, updating and managing product administrative functions, such as part number set-up forms, data entry and development & management of pricing, application and product information databases. Supporting major customer development activities (proposals), building and updating sales tools (presentations, product guides), sales tracking, marketing collateral material development, etc.
