Application/Administration Engineer - Engineering – Engineering – Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years Engineering experience. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications, AutoCAD and Photoshop. A good understanding of Automotive Air Conditioning operation or similar Thermal Systems (compressor, expansion valve, drier, etc., preferred. Responsibilities will include utilizing various sources (i.e. Dealership, internet, competitor catalogs, etc.) to identify/verify vehicle components and the respective part numbers. Locating and purchasing product evaluation samples and assisting with vehicle and product testing. Administering the DENSO Engineering and part number system, including the interrelationship between Customer, DENSO and Supplier part numbers. Issuing of Engineering documents such as ECN, BOM and drawings. Communicating with internal DSCA groups and outside Suppliers in support of product expansion. Preparing presentation material to demonstrate project schedule and status to management.
Technical Support Engineer, Software & Hardware – Automatic Data Capture - Qualified candidates should possess a Computer Science degree, or additional experience in lieu of formal education will be considered. Minimum 3-5 years programming experience. Barcode industry experience preferred. Must be proficient in all MS Office Applications and possess intermediate level or above of programming skills utilizing a combination of Basic, C, VB, C++, C#, .net, Java, HTML, etc. Responsibilities will include programming, analyzing, debugging and fixing software programs (applications). Using and developing DENSO software. Working closely with customers and with the “home-office” in Japan to alter and write source code. Creating and managing repair processes and policies. Repairing barcode hardware 10% of the time. Planning, and controlling of stock levels for repairs. Representing the company at tradeshows and at customers’ locations as needed.
