Account Manager – ADC Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in Automatic Data Capture Product Sales and/or Business Development. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications including Microsoft CE. Must have working knowledge of handheld barcode scanners and computers, RFID’s and wireless networks and 2D barcode formats. Responsibilities will include assisting in establishing a sales channel plan that allows us to reach our goals for market positioning and sales goal achievement. Utilizing new and existing industry contacts to research and implement the channel plan. Establishing relationships with key channel partners that will allow us to obtain our desired market position. Developing and maintaining a customer mix of distributors, VAR’s and other resellers that are consistent with the channel plan and will maximize our ability to achieve our sales goals. Creating and implementing product training presentations and sales programs for our channel partners. Coordinating with internal support departments as well as overseas affiliates to meet customer and market expectations. Assisting in pre- and post-sales technical support to resellers and end-users. Acting as the technical liaison between Japan based engineering and our North American based customers. Assisting in product planning and product management activities including: pricing plans, product and competitive research, and product development direction.

Sales Analyst – National Accounts Commercial - Qualified candidates must possess 3 years Sales and/or Customer Service experience. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications. Responsibilities will include monitoring all incoming orders to be sure they are released on time and meet the 95% fill rate requirement. Processing debits and credits pertaining to RGA’s, customer accommodations, inventory shortages, pricing errors, warranty, cores, promotional allowances, customer meetings, etc. Providing timely response to customer requests for literature, samples, stock lift and RGA assistance, credits/debits, and order information. Maintaining complete customer electronic and paper files to include quotes, contracts, business requirements, insurance certificates, orders, core returns, correspondence, and customer meetings. Assisting with sales plans and reporting, budget reports and presentations. Monitoring and reporting the progress of each project to management. Creating and modifying existing work instructions for internal procedures and customer requirements.
