Field Representative– Aftermarket Sales – Qualified candidates must possess 3-5 years of Automotive Aftermarket Sales experience. Position requires a minimum of 50% travel. Will report to the Regional Manager(s) of the assigned territory (ies). Responsibilities will include providing a high level of service to our Warehouse Distributor (WD) customer base. Will support our WD’s by making installer and jobber calls with our WD partner’s outside salesmen, as well as independently. Will work behind the scenes to increase customer satisfaction level to our WD partners on issues related to returns, credits and all other customer satisfaction related items. Will be responsible for coordinating sales activities to ensure the attainment of sales objectives for the account and territory. Monitoring sales, marketing and merchandising activities with Manufacturer Representatives assigned to the territory. Other responsibilities will include preparing monthly reports on territory activity to ensure the voice of the customer is heard internally, conducting periodic meetings with WD’s and Manufacturer’s reps to discuss sales performance, business problems and solutions, conducting market research on various products, recommending region specific sales promotions and monitoring performance. Will provide training on DENSO products to current and prospective accounts. Will attend industry events and tradeshows. Will assist on projects as requested. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications. Position locations: So. California/Southwest & North East/Mid Atlantic.
