Latin America Regional Sales Manager – Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with 5 – 7 years sales experience. Fluency in both English and Spanish languages required. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications. Responsible for sales and business development of DENSO aftermarket products to the various assigned channels of the Latin America sales department. Must take ownership of account management and assume responsibility for achieving sales quotas. Requires a minimum of 50% travel to visit accounts in Latin American countries. Will prepare contact reports, sales reports, expense reports, territory analysis, review of sales data and performance. Participates in industry, distributor, or regional trade exhibitors’ meetings or events. Will provide vision and strategy for territory expansion when required and promote future DENSO products as they become available. Supports department manager with sales forecast and plans.
Customer Service Administrator – Customer Service - Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent with minimum 2 years Customer Service experience. Fluency in both English and Spanish languages required. Familiarity with web site development a plus. Must be proficient in all MS Office Applications. Responsibilities will include monitoring parts allocations by customer and commodity to ensure product is delivered in accordance with stipulated fill rate performance metrics. Developing criteria to monitor and support the planned growth in the Latin America OES market. Working with customers to determine order processing needs relative to Proforma creation and DENSO ordering process. Coordinating with internal DENSO departments to support customer fill rates and delivery requirements. Assisting with the development of website enhancements required to support the Latin American market. Providing after sales service.
Manager – Heat Management - Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 8 years Sales, Engineering and Product Development experience. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications. Position requires up to 30% travel. Strong management, strategic, analytical and problem solving skills required. Responsibilities will include directing sales activities of distributors and national catalog accounts for MovinCool in the U.S. and Latin American markets. Developing sales objectives, marketing strategies, long and short term planning for assigned products and markets. Directing market research activities for the assigned products and markets. Providing support to staff through supervision of activities, assisting with communication to other DENSO companies and creation of development plans for staff members. Supervising the development of departmental budgets, original and revised sales plan. Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
